Sponsors may reserve their sponsorship packages now. Exhibit Space choices may now be made and assignments will be made based on paperwork having been submitted either onsite in Baltimore or by April 10, 2009.
- All rates are at the lowest rate of the year and have been rolled back to the "Early Rates" from 2008; these rates will be guaranteed through 4/30/09 and we anticipate an increase later of between $300 and $800 based on package level
- 2010 Floor Plan available soon. Submit 2010 form with your top choices and fax back or visit the "Exhibit/Sponsor Sales Booth" in Baltimore.
- 2010 Sponsor packages will be assigned based on “grandfathering” the right of first refusal option for 2009 sponsors, based on their confirmation by or before April 10, 2009
- Exhibit space will be assigned in order based on booth size, sponsorship level (1.Platinum, 2.Gold, 3.Silver/Exhibitor) and seniority (using 2007 as year 1), based on those companies having submitted 2010 paperwork by April 10. Tiebreakers will be alphabetical.
